Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to nimblyreach.com and the Nimbly prospect discovery and contact enrichment service. By creating an account or using Nimbly, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Permitted use
You may use Nimbly for lawful business prospecting, research, recruiting, and related professional purposes. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for your use of personal data and for honoring applicable privacy, marketing, telemarketing, anti-spam, and platform rules.
3. Prohibited use
- Do not use Nimbly for harassment, discrimination, fraud, surveillance, or unlawful marketing.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, credit limits, rate limits, or provider restrictions.
- Do not resell credentials, introduce malware, disrupt the service, or use automated access outside supported product workflows.
- Do not claim that enrichment results are guaranteed, verified by the subject, or suitable for emergency or high-risk decisions.
4. Credits and payments
Credits are service usage units, not currency, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Charges and credit deductions follow the pricing displayed at the time of use. Payments are final except where required by law or expressly stated in a written refund policy.
5. Data and results
You retain responsibility for information you submit and how you use results. You grant Nimbly permission to process submitted information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Contact and profile data can change, may be incomplete, and may come from third-party or public sources; availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
Nimbly and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with provider requirements, or improve the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific enrichment success rate.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for suspected abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using Nimbly at any time and may request account deletion.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nimbly is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Nimbly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on enrichment results. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
